Here’s how it works:
The price of the item must be currently listed and the item must be in stock. This means it ships within the same time-frame that we advertise. ie. it's not a back-order or drop-ship.
The item must be sold by an authorized Australia based retailer (online or physical).
It must be the same item, in the same condition (same size, color, year, new, second hand, demo, etc)
The price needs to include the same shipping service that we offer.
If you have already made a purchase, please don't sweat it: we've got your back. Simply contact us within 48 hours and we’ll refund the difference. Please understand that the more time that passes past 48 hours, it becomes increasingly difficult for us as online retailers run flash sales. Regardless, we're honest people and are here to look after you.
